You can call Kevin Lee a lot of names, but one thing we should agree on, is that he does not shy away from tough challenges. From fighting Tony Ferguson, even took a risk and fought an undefeated Gregor Gillespie and constantly calling out Islam Makhachev who is probably the most avoided fighter in the UFC right now.

Now he is fighting another undefeated prospect, Sean Brady. It is certainly not an easy task but Lee is always up for the challenge. His back was on the corner when he fought Gillespie, he was coming off back to back losing skid yet delivered one of the best knockouts in UFC history.

Kevin Lee was once of the top prospect in the game, due to him being young and already racking up a lot of wins the lightweight division. He also had a really long reach similar to Jon Jones, he could wrestle and strike as well. The problem is Lee’s gas tank, he usually fades in the later rounds, so a title fight or main event might not be in his favor.

It is still not clear whether Lee’s gas tank issue is because of his massive weight cut or it is just how his body works. When he switch camp to train under Firas Zahabi, where he showed tremendous improvement. Unfortunately, his momentum went to a halt as he faced newly crowned UFC lightweight champion, Charles Oliveira. There is no shame losing to one of the best right now.All props to Kevin Lee in facing a lot of rising prospects, where most would try to avoid. He is still young in the sport, and can improve a lot especially if he trains under Firas Zahabi, one of the best MMA coaches right now.
